Salt Therapy Sound Bath + Reiki

Dive into a rejuvenating experience with our Salt Therapy Sound Bath + Reiki session! Picture this: you’ll be enveloped in a soothing cloud of pharmaceutical-grade salt while the enchanting vibrations of reiki-infused crystal singing bowls wash over you. This unique combination not only helps clear your airways for deeper breaths but also creates an immersive soundscape that promotes relaxation and mindfulness. 🌬️✨ Led by the talented Ayla Peacock, a Reiki Master and Kundalini Yoga Teacher, you'll find yourself in an intimate setting with no more than five participants. Kick back on plush Yogibo beanbags—no yoga mats needed—and let the healing begin. Just remember, this magical experience is exclusive to our Oak Hill location, and we can’t accommodate late arrivals. So, come ready to unplug and unwind!
