Queer & Well Presents: Recharge & Unplug with Nature

Join Queer & Well for a refreshing day out in nature, where you can connect with fellow community members while exploring the beautiful bird life of the Bay Area. Together, we’ll engage in birdwatching and help nurture the land through activities like weeding and watering in bird habitats. It’s a wonderful opportunity to learn about the natural world and give back to the environment that sustains us. 🌿 No experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm! We’ll provide all the tools and training you need, along with some binoculars (feel free to bring your own if you have them). Just remember to wear closed-toe shoes and dress in layers. We’ll meet at the SF LGBT Center, and transportation to the parks is included. Each session promises guided tours, interactive activities, and moments to reflect, all aimed at fostering joy, connection, and restoration. So whether you’re a nature novice or a seasoned explorer, come recharge and unplug with us!
