Start your Saturday morning off right with Gentle Warrior Yoga Flow at THesis Hotel! This all-levels class is designed to help you connect with your breath and gently awaken your body through mindful stretches, including warrior 2 and tree pose, wrapping up with a soothing savasana for ultimate relaxation. 🧘‍♀️ After your practice, treat yourself at Crema Cafe in the paseo or explore the Herpreneur Artisan Market for some unique finds. Just remember to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle to stay hydrated! Classes are rain or shine, with a cozy covered space for drizzles, but do check your email in case of severe weather cancellations. Parking is available nearby, but not included, so plan accordingly.
