The Story & Vibe
Get ready for a day of fun and friendly competition at the Alliance Francaise Petanque Tournament! Join us on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at the Herne Bay Petanque Club in Auckland, starting at 9:30 AM. Whether you're a pro or just curious about the game, this tournament welcomes everyone to show off their skills and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow petanque enthusiasts. Kick off your day with a free welcome coffee and check-in, then dive into exciting matches with a minimum of three rounds before enjoying a delicious BBQ lunch and French crêpes. Kids aged 8 to 12 can join in the fun with dedicated lanes just for them! Wrap up the day with a prize ceremony to celebrate the winners. Grab a teammate, and we’ll provide the boules—just bring your competitive spirit! See you there! 🎉
