The Story & Vibe
Join us on Monday, October 19 at 7 PM for an enlightening evening with Kimberlé Crenshaw, a pioneering legal scholar and the mind behind the concept of intersectionality. In her new memoir, *Backtalker: An American Memoir*, she shares her remarkable journey from a curious child to one of today’s most influential thinkers. In a captivating conversation with Chandra Bhatnagar, Executive Director of the ACLU of Southern California, Crenshaw will delve into the personal experiences that have shaped her groundbreaking work on critical race theory and the complexities of inequality. This is a unique opportunity to hear from a visionary who has profoundly impacted our understanding of race, gender, and class. Don’t miss out on this chance to gain insight and inspiration!
