- Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management. - No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue - The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai. - People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry. - Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event. - Venue rules apply. - Age limit:

• All Age Groups.
• Wheelchair access is limited to a specific category. Please refer to the venue layout before completing your transaction.
• Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check your total amount before payment.
• We recommend that you arrive at-least 60 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.
• No bag packs, handbags and other baggage are allowed inside the venue. There is NO storage facility available at the event.
• Organizers or any of its agents, officers and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
• Parking near or at the venue premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner. Organizer will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the venue.
• Professional cameras, any form of recording instruments, arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol, cigarettes are not allowed from outside the venue. Food and beverages will be available inside the venue.
• Rights of admission reserved, even to valid ticket holders.
• Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or beverages consumed in the venue by guests.
• Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
• Any disputes to be settled under Mumbai jurisdiction courts only.
• The holder of this ticket hereby grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder`s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.
• Please note the following items are strictly prohibited in the venue during the event: GoPro cameras, Backpacks, Liquor, Outside food, Cigarettes, Sharp objects, cameras, pets, e-cigarettes, lighters, drones, weapons, inflammable substances, helmets, illegal substances, perfume and deodorants.
• The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reserve, allocate, reallocate, or withhold any seat(s), area(s), or space(s) within the venue, in any ticket category.
• Attendees may reserve their tickets and any applicable add-ons (as communicated through District) by paying 50% of the total amount at checkout. The remaining balance must be paid by the date shown to you on the District application / website while reserving your ticket(s) (“Due Date”).
• Only attendees who book tickets and applicable add-ons on District before 30th August 2026 or the date as intimated by District (in its sole discretion) are eligible for the “Pay 50% and reserve” option.
• Tickets and add-ons will be confirmed only after full payment is successfully received on or before the Due Date.
• Tickets to the event or a particular category or any add-ons (if applicable) may appear as “Sold Out” on the District platform due to reservations made by other attendees. Such tickets to the event or a particular category or any add-ons (if applicable) may re-open and be listed for sale on the District platform at a price determined by the organiser in case any attendee fails to pay the remaining balance by the respective Due Date.

• No refunds on purchased ticket are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.

• The event is subject to government permission. In case the permissions are not granted and event is cancelled, a full refund shall be issued to all patrons.
• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
• Organizers reserve the right to perform security checks on invitees/members of the audience at the entry point for security reasons. In-case anyone is found violating the rules, will be asked to vacate or denied entry into the event despite holding a valid ticket without any refund.
• The organizers reserve the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.
• If the remaining balance is not paid by the Due Date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and notwithstanding anything contrary stated elsewhere, the initial 50% Reservation Amount will be forfeited and non-refundable.
