In-person class: Intro to the Art of Sushi (Austin)

Get ready to roll into sushi heaven! 🍣 Join us for a fun and interactive in-person class where you’ll learn the art of sushi-making. In this hands-on experience, you’ll master the essentials, from preparing sushi rice to selecting sushi-grade fish and adding delicious ingredients. You’ll create three mouth-watering rolls: California, Spicy Salmon, and a traditional seaweed-wrapped Vegetable roll—all from scratch! Make sure to arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled. You’ll be working closely with your booking party, sharing ingredients and equipment, so it’s a great chance to bond over food! Just a heads up: this class is designed for adults 18 and up, and kids aged 14-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Drinks are available for purchase at the venue, but outside beverages aren’t allowed. Come hungry and ready to have a blast!
