The Story & Vibe

Get ready to honor our heroes at the 2026 Austin Veterans Parade on Saturday, November 7! 🎉 This year's theme, “Veterans Helping Veterans and Their Families,” sets the stage for a heartfelt celebration. The parade kicks off at 9:00 AM from the Congress Avenue bridge and makes its way north along Congress Avenue toward the iconic Texas Capitol. But that’s not all! Starting at 10:00 AM, veterans, service members, military families, and the community are invited to explore the Veterans Resource Event, where you can connect with organizations offering valuable services and resources throughout Central Texas. The morning wraps up with a moving Veterans Ceremony at 11:00 AM on the South Steps of the Texas Capitol, paying tribute to the bravery and dedication of our nation's veterans. Don’t miss this opportunity to join in the celebration and show your support!
