Entry & Boarding
Guests must carry a valid ticket/booking confirmation and a valid government-issued ID.
Boarding will be permitted only during the designated boarding time.
Late arrivals may not be allowed to board, and no refund will be provided.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for safety or security reasons.
Age & Identification
Minimum age requirements is 21 years, must be strictly followed.
Guests may be required to present valid ID at entry.
Fake or invalid identification will result in denial of entry.
Safety & Conduct
All guests must follow instructions from the captain, crew, and event staff.
Running, jumping overboard, climbing on restricted areas, or any unsafe behaviour is strictly prohibited.
Guests must not interfere with the operation of the vessel.
Anyone creating a safety risk may be removed from the boat without refund.
Alcohol & Intoxication
Alcohol consumption is permitted only in accordance with applicable laws and the vessel's rules.
Guests who are excessively intoxicated or behaving aggressively may be denied boarding or removed from the event.
Bringing outside alcohol may be prohibited depending on the vessel/operator's policy.
Illegal drugs and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden and will be directly handed over to the authorities.
Prohibited Items
Weapons, illegal substances, dangerous items, and other items prohibited by the vessel/operator are not allowed.
The organizer and security team reserve the right to conduct reasonable security checks.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own phones, wallets, bags, jewellery, and other personal belongings.
The organizer, boat operator, and crew are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Damage to Property
Guests may be held financially responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligent behaviour to the boat, equipment, furniture, or other property.
Weather & Operational Changes
The event is subject to weather, sea conditions, government restrictions, port regulations, and other operational considerations.
The captain/operator has the final authority to delay, modify, reroute, postpone, or cancel the trip where necessary for safety.
Cancellation & Refunds
Ticket cancellations and refunds will be subject to the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.
Once the event has commenced, no refunds will generally be provided for voluntary departure or removal due to misconduct.
Photography & Video
Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional, social-media, or marketing purposes.
By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear in event photographs or videos, subject to applicable law.
Medical & Emergency Situations
Guests are responsible for informing the organizer of any relevant medical or mobility requirements before boarding.
In an emergency, guests must follow crew instructions and safety procedures immediately.
Liability
Guests participate at their own risk and must comply with all safety instructions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Organizer's Rights
The organizer reserves the right to amend the itinerary, entertainment, timings, boarding arrangements, or other event details when reasonably necessary.
The organizer may refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour violates these terms or threatens the safety or enjoyment of others.
Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket or attending the boat party, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Please keep your ticket QR code ready for check-in at the venue. Attendees are advised to arrive on time to ensure a smooth entry process and avoid delays due to security or ticket verification procedures.
The event entry QR code will be available only through the SkillBox mobile application. Ticket holders must download the SkillBox App and log in using the same email address and/or mobile number used at the time of booking to access their ticket and QR code. Failure to access the QR code due to non-compliance with this requirement shall not be the responsibility of SkillBox or the Event Organizer.
All attendees must carry a valid government-recognized photo identification document for identity and age verification purposes, including but not limited to an Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, or PAN Card.
Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and consumed by individuals who are of legal drinking age, as determined by the venue's policies and the applicable laws of the territory in which the event is held. All alcohol-related regulations shall be governed by the laws applicable at the event location.
Attendees may be photographed, filmed, videographed, or sound recorded during the event. Such recordings may be used by the Event Organizer and its affiliates for promotional, advertising, marketing, security, broadcast, publication, archival, or commercial purposes without any further consent, compensation, or notice to attendees.Attendees may be photographed, filmed, videographed, or sound recorded during the event. The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee from the venue if such attendee is found to be acting in a disruptive, unlawful, dangerous, intoxicated, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate manner. No refund shall be issued in such cases.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, or tampered tickets may be rendered invalid at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer.
In the event of cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, venue change, artist lineup modification, or any other event-related change, the ticket shall remain valid as determined by the Event Organizer. Except where specifically required by applicable law, neither SkillBox nor the Event Organizer shall be liable for any additional compensation, reimbursement, or consequential losses.
The Event Organizer shall not be liable for any cancellation, delay, interruption, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, labor disputes, civil unrest, terrorism, war, or other force majeure events.
By attending the event, each attendee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Event Organizer, venue owners, artists, sponsors, partners, contractors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the attendee’s actions, omissions, misconduct, negligence, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

A breach of this condition will entitle us to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.
Please do not carry dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, laser devices and bottles to the venue. We may have to eject these things (with or without you) from the venue.
The sponsors/bands/organizers/management are not responsible for, including but not limited to, any injury or damage that may occur during or at the event.
No liability or claims that may arise due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink or any other consumption will be entertained by the management.
Parking near or at the event premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner.
The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder's appearance on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval of theirs.
The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the premises.
