The Story & Vibe
Get ready for an unforgettable evening at Table Songs 2026! 🎶 Inspired by the Georgian tradition of gathering around a feast table to enjoy folk songs, music, and dance, this event brings a vibrant cultural celebration to Vancouver. You'll experience captivating performances from three talented groups, each showcasing their unique musical heritage. Enjoy the rich harmonies of Georgian polyphony with Ori Shalva, led by the incredible Shalva Makharashvili, and get swept away by the rhythmic energy of the Rhythm & Roots Georgian Ensemble. Dive into the world of English folk songs with the Princeton Porch Party, featuring sea shanties and pub classics. And don’t miss the lively Hungarian and Transylvanian tunes from Forrás Banda, complete with traditional dance! With over 35 performers, a catered three-course Hungarian feast, and a cash bar featuring local wines, this is more than just a concert—it's a celebration of life and community. Join us for a night filled with music, food, and connection!
