Join us for "Inner Worlds: A Story-Led Sound Bath" on October 15th at the Bhakti Lounge in Wellington! Arrive by 5:45 PM so we can settle in and start the experience at 6 PM. Immerse yourself in a unique blend of ancient storytelling and soothing sounds from harmonium, flutes, crystal bowls, and gentle vocals. This sound bath is designed to guide you inward, fostering a space for reflection and deep listening. Mats, blankets, and cushions are provided, but feel free to bring anything that enhances your comfort. After the sound bath, enjoy a delicious plant-based dinner and dessert, all included with your ticket! You'll also have the chance to meet Alexandra, your sound healing host, and Krishnaloka, your hypno-healer, both dedicated to nurturing your mind and body. Come ready to relax, connect, and transform! 🌟
