Drinking regulations are in accordance with the laws of the state where the event is being held and we are not responsible or liable in this behalf in any manner whatsoever. Attendees may be videographed, filmed, photographed, and/or sound recorded by the Event Organiser for purposes inter alia of broadcast, publication, advertisement, marketing, or security while at the event. All such media will be owned, controlled, displayed, distributed or broadcast by us in our discretion without any further consent being required to be taken by us on this behalf from the attendees. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who is deemed to be acting in a disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate manner, without any refund. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of event cancellation or postponement, the ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled day and we shall not be liable in any other manner in this behalf. Illegal/banned substances and narcotics, under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act are prohibited. Weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, and explosives, under the Arms Act of India, are prohibited.
