- By purchasing tickets and/or entering the venue for Samay Raina Live (the “Event”), the attendee / ticket purchaser / person who has reserved the ticket (“You” / “Holder”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) issued by Zomato Entertainment Private Limited (the “Organizer”). - The details of each ticket category is given under the ‘book tickets’ section on the Ticketing Platform. Additional ticket categories may be added as per the sole discretion of the Organizer and the Organizer shall have the right to retain any number of tickets to be given offline, either by sale or complimentary. The ticket prices, inclusion and categories of event may change at the sole discretion of the organiser. The ticket prices, inclusion and categories of event may change at the sole discretion of the organiser. All announcements will be on the District or its affiliate’s social media pages, and/or communicated via email/SMS/push notification to existing ticket holders. - Each attendee can buy a maximum of ten (10) tickets across categories for the event. - Holders are advised not to purchase tickets through unverified links, social media comments, WhatsApp forwards, third-party sellers, or unauthorised websites/apps. A ticket shall be considered valid only if it is purchased through the official Ticketing Platform and/or an official private access link issued or authorised by the Organizer; and the purchase successfully redirects to or is completed on the official Ticketing Platform. The Organizer reserves the right to invalidate any ticket that has been purchased from unauthorized channels including third party websites, resold tickets, tickets transferred for commercial gain, duplicated, altered, or otherwise tampered with. - The Organizer and/or Ticketing Platform shall not be responsible for fraud, scams, phishing links, counterfeit tickets, unauthorised resales, failed transactions through unofficial sources, or any losses arising from purchases made outside authorised channels. - The organiser specifies that access to different areas of the event is as per the tickets category. In no circumstance will any cross-category movement of ticket holders be allowed (except for customers purchasing lounge tickets who may have access to the VIP area). Movement, entry or access including but not limited to the backstage area, restricted access areas, office area and other special access areas at the event, unless otherwise allowed by the organiser as per its sole discretion. - Event details may change at the sole discretion of the Organizer. All announcements will be made on the Ticketing Platform, its social media pages and/or communicated via email / SMS / push notifications to Holders. - Tickets to the Event or a particular category or any add-ons (if applicable) may appear as “Sold Out” on the Ticketing Platform due to reservations made by other Holder(s). Such tickets to the event or a particular category or any add-ons (if applicable) may re-open and be listed for sale on the Ticketing Platform at a price determined by the Organizer in case any Holder fails to pay the remaining balance by the respective due date. - Food & Beverage Payments:

• As mobile phones will be secured in pouches for the duration of the event, Holder and other attendees will only be able to pay through card or cash at the Event. All food, beverage, and merchandise purchases at the venue must be made via cash or card only. Attendees are advised to carry sufficient cash or a physical debit/credit card.
• Event Modifications and Artistic Discretion: The Organizer reserves the right to modify the event date, venue, timing, seating configuration, stage layout, technical specifications, production elements, and event format without prior notice to the Holder. All creatives and artistic decisions, including performance format, duration, set structure, staging, visual presentation, and production design, are made at the sole discretion of the artists performing at the Event.
• The Organizer and/or Ticketing Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including travel, accommodation, loss of income, or other expenses incurred by the Holder.
• Data Protection & Privacy: Personal data you provide when booking (name, mobile number, email and payment reference) is collected by Zomato Entertainment Private Limited and processed for ticketing, entry verification, admission control, venue security and event-related service communications, and is shared with Samay Raina Productions Private Limited and the venue to the extent necessary for those purposes; such processing is governed by the District Privacy Policy. If you register through the fan pre-registration or presale sign-up for this event, that data is collected on District's platform for and on behalf of SRPL, and is processed for pre-registration, eligibility and presale access. All processing is in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• Content Warning: This is an adult-oriented comedy show that may include mature themes, strong language, expletives, profanity, satirical, dark humour, edgy or offensive humour, roasting, explicit references, sexual references, crude humour, political commentary, religious references, cultural commentary, social commentary, parody, impersonations, controversial statements, sensitive subject matters, audience interactions, improvisation, spontaneous remarks, and other content that some individuals may find objectionable, insensitive, offensive, disturbing, defamatory, provocative, shocking, or inappropriate.The views, opinions, satire, jokes, statements, and expressions made by performers during the Event are part of artistic and comedic expression and are personal to the respective performers.
• The content presented during the Event reflects the creative expression, personal opinions, humour style, and artistic choices of the performing artists and participants. Such content may not align with the views, opinions, beliefs, or values of all attendees. The performances and content shared by various artists at the event are purely intended for entertainment purposes. The organiser shall not be liable for any claims resulting from an artist's performance at the event.
• By purchasing tickets and attending the event, you acknowledge and expressly agree that you are attending voluntarily, understand the nature of the event and its content, and assume full responsibility for your decision to attend.
• You further waive, release, and discharge the Organizer, Ticketing Platform, venue, artists, performers, hosts, producers, sponsors, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, complaints, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, or disputes arising out of or relating to the nature, content, language, themes, opinions, jokes, performances, statements, audience interactions, or artistic expression presented during the event, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
• Prohibited and Allowed Items: No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, arms, lighters, match box, vape pens, e-cigarettes, cigarettes, sharp objects, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles(empty or full), or musical instruments or any other flammable items, illegal or banned substances will be allowed at the venue of the Event and may be confiscated by the Organiser. The Organiser may also evict the Holder / attendee from the Event if the Holder / attendee is found to be in possession of any of the prohibited items ejected with or without the owner from the venue of the Event.
• The sponsors/performers/Organiser or any of its agents, officers, or employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered by the Holder /attendees at or as a result of the event or any part of it related to the event.
• No drug use allowed
• Consumption of narcotics or drugs is illegal and those found in possession of or consuming narcotics at the Event or venue of the Event will be evicted from the Event/venue and handed over to the police authorities.
• Consumption and sale of illegal and banned substances is strictly prohibited at the Event and anyone found consuming, selling or possessing such illegal substances will be immediately handed over to the appropriate authorities.
• Smoking is prohibited at the Event.
• The Organiser may add / determine any additional items that are prohibited at the event as per their discretion, keeping in mind safety and security of the attendees, working staff and other personnel present at the event, subject to guidelines and regulations of the Event venue and the central, state and local authorities.
• Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer, Ticketing Platform, venue, artists, and their representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm suffered by you during or in connection with the event. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance.
• Seating: Seating is Free Seated / first-come, first-served. No seat numbers are allocated. Ticket price categories do not guarantee specific or premium seating.
• Entry, Re-entry & Timings: Entry closes 5 minutes after the show begins. Late entry is not guaranteed.
• Re-entry may be restricted to avoid disturbance.
• Full name and mobile number may be required at entry.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the show starts for smooth entry and security procedures.
• Changes to Terms: These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at the Organizer’s discretion and the attendees shall be subject to such updated terms and conditions. Attendees are advised to keep checking these terms and conditions.
• Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
• By purchasing the ticket and/or entering the venue, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer’s Privacy Policy, and all on-site instructions.
• Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.
• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
• The organiser will not be held responsible, legally, financially or otherwise, (i) for any personal property that is left, lost, stolen, destroyed, confiscated, damaged or misplaced anywhere in the venue or at venue access/entry points, or (ii) for personal injuries sustained by customer(s) arising from, or relating to, the following non-exhaustive list: extremely loud sounds and special effects, such as flashing lights, rapidly changing or alternating images, the use of fog, haze or smoke with theatrical stage lighting, laser projections, strobe lights and fireworks, consumption of the food and beverages served at the festival, whether such injuries or manifestation of such injuries occur during or subsequent to the festival. The customer(s) further agree and acknowledge that the organiser and/or its affiliates will have no legal obligation to mitigate any customer(s) potential or actual losses sustained during the Event. The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.
• The terms and conditions for the purchase of food and beverages, sale of merchandise items will be communicated by the organiser to the customer(s) on or prior to the event
• People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry. The organiser reserves the right to evict such attendees from the event who are under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol or who in the reasonable opinion of the organiser is conducting themselves in an inappropriate manner.
• The Organiser’s and Ticketing Platform aggregate liability in any scenario whatsoever will not exceed the total gross transaction value under which the claim arose.
• The Holders hereby assume all risks, whether or not expressly set forth in these terms, as well as any risks or dangers incidental to, or in any way relating, the event, the purchase of tickets hereunder including those arising from, or relating to, the acts or omissions of third parties (including artists, other customer(s), venue provider, operators, staff, employees, members, partners, agents, designees or third party service providers), including risk of loss or damage to customers personal property and risk of personal injury (mental or physical).
• The Holders will not be allowed to bring pets to the event.
• No liability on claims of food, pollution and other consumption poisonings will be entertained.
• The organiser will not be responsible for any ill/harmful/negative/allergic effects of food items or drinks consumed at the event by the attendee.
• The attendees are advised to take all necessary precautions during the event. The organiser assumes no liability if any attendee suffers any medical condition while attending the event.
• Entry to the event is subject to acceptance of these terms. The organiser solely reserves the right to amend, alter or modify these terms without any prior notice / intimation. The decision of the organiser is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard by the organiser.
• Venue rules apply.
• The attendees will ensure to carry and wear the Physical Band that permits admission/entry to one person only. Physical Band that will be delivered (if tickets are purchased prior to 11 March 2027 (“Cut-off Date”)to each attendee by the organiser or if not delivered the customers may collect the Physical Band from the box-office at the event venue. “Physical Band” shall be the band which allows the attendees entry in the form of tickets.
• Attendees are advised to keep their booking confirmation, tickets and Physical Band with the attendee at all times during the event.
• The Physical Band issued are non-transferable and each ticket that is purchased/secured for a particular event day and event time will only give access to the event to the attendee for that particular event day and particular time only.No duplicate Physical Band will be issued for lost, tampered or stolen Physical Band. The attendees will be required to purchase a new ticket on account of a lost, stolen or tampered Physical Band.
• The attendees will be mandatorily required to wear the PhysicalBand at all times while attending the event. If the Physical Band is removed or tampered with, it will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced by the organiser. The Physical Band may be cut only upon exit from the Event. In case the Physical Band is lost or missing, the attendees may be asked to leave the event as per the discretion of the organiser.
• In the event, if the Physical Band is not delivered to an attendee, the attendee will receive a unique QR code which will be required to be shown at the box office of their respective ticket category at the box office present at the event venue by the attendee after which the Physical Band will be provided to the attendee. A ticket will not be counted as a valid ticket if the Physical Band has been tampered with and cannot be scanned at the event.
• The attendees agree and acknowledge that any inaccuracies or errors in the delivery address may result in a delay or failure to receive the Physical Band. The organiser will not be held liable for any consequences arising from such inaccuracies or errors attributable to the attendee) in any manner whatsoever.
• In the event if the Physical Band is to be collected from the event’s venue the pick-up details will be intimated to the attendees by the organiser on or before the event. The attendees can only pick-up the Physical Band from the location intimated to the attendees by the organiser.

- Ticketing and Validity:

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable except in the event of official cancellation as determined solely by the Organizer. Please note that the tickets are exclusively available on the District mobile application and website (“Ticketing Platform”). Tickets are valid only if purchased through the Ticketing Platform.
• Each ticket contains a unique QR code/barcode and may be scanned upon entry. Once a ticket has been scanned for admission, any subsequent attempt to reuse the same ticket shall be rejected. Screenshots, edited copies, forged tickets, duplicate printouts, or tampered tickets may be cancelled without refund.
• Age Restriction: Entry is strictly restricted to persons 18 years and above. A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport or Driving Licence) must be presented on request for age verification. Entry will be denied to anyone below 18 years and no refund will be issued in such cases. The Organizer, Ticketing Platform and venue are not responsible if tickets are purchased by or for underage individuals.
• Holders may reserve their tickets and any applicable add-ons (as communicated through District) by paying 50% of the total amount at checkout. The remaining balance must be paid by the due date mentioned at the time of your reservation completion (“Due Date”). Only Holders who book tickets and applicable add-ons on Ticketing Platform before 11: 59PM on 27 January 2027 are eligible for the “Pay 50% and reserve” option. Tickets and add-ons will be confirmed only after full payment is successfully received on or before the Due Date. If the remaining balance is not paid by the Due Date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the initial 50% reservation amount will be forfeited and non-refundable. In case of cancellation of event by organiser or due to a Force Majeure Event then the attendee shall be eligible for refund in accordance with these terms
• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or any other compensation.
• The Holder acknowledges that any changes in creative direction, performance length, stage design, or production scale shall not constitute grounds for refund, compensation, or legal claim against the Organizer. The Organizer and/or Ticketing Platform shall bear no liability for decisions made by the artist(s) or the Organizer regarding performance content or execution of the Event.
• Cancellation and Postponement: The Event is subject to government permissions. In case the permissions are not granted and the Event is cancelled, refund of the entire gross value of the Tickets shall be issued to the Holders. Refunds, if any, will be processed to the original mode of payment within a commercially reasonable period, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
• In the event of postponement of the event, tickets shall remain valid for the rescheduled date. In case a Holder does not want to attend the event on the rescheduled date, the Ticketing Platform shall, on the direction of the Organizer, refund the entire gross value of the Tickets to the Holder.
• Consent to Recording, Filming and Intellectual Property: By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue, Holder explicitly and irrevocably consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded, live-streamed, or otherwise captured by the Organizer, Ticketing Platform, artists, producers, venue, and their authorised representatives for promotional, broadcast, digital, commercial, and archival purposes. This includes the rights to use of your image, likeness, voice, and actions in any and all media worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation or further approval. Live streaming, unauthorized broadcasting, rebroadcasting, audio recording, video recording, or commercial transmission of the event in any form is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized professional recording equipment is prohibited at the Event. The Organizer reserves the right to confiscate equipment and remove any Holder violating this clause without refund. You confirm that the performing artists (including the host) are solely responsible for their views, expressions, and content. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer (and its affiliates), Ticketing Platform, PixEye Studio LLP, Samay Raina Productions Private Limited and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and the venue from any claims arising out of the artists’ performance or content.
• Phone-Free Experience & No Recording Policy: This is a phone-free experience. Mobile phones, smartwatches, cameras, GoPros, and all recording devices are not permitted inside the performance area. Upon arrival, your devices will be placed in a secure pouch that will remain locked until the end of the event. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund. Attendees are solely responsible for their devices and pouches. Damage to pouches will be charged to the attendee.
• Admission Rights: Rights of admission are reserved. Entry may be denied to any person who is intoxicated, unwell, or behaving in a disorderly manner. No refund will be issued in such cases.
• The Organiser and Ticketing Platform will not be liable or responsible to the Holders nor be deemed to have defaulted under these terms for any failure, default or delay in fulfilling or performing any of its obligations under these terms when and to the extent such failure, default or delay is caused by or results from a Force Majeure Event. “Force Majeure Event” will mean occurrence of an act, event, omission or accident beyond the reasonable control of the organiser and District including natural disasters such as wildfires, earthquakes, storm, flooding, lightning strikes, lock-outs, industrial action, tsunamis, rain, fire, accident, riots, war (threatened or actual), terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic (including the COVID-19 pandemic and related restrictions), civil commotion or turmoil, breakdown of communication facilities, curfew, breakdown of web host or internet services, actions or embargoes or blockades introduced by the government or any other authority having the right to do so, national or regional emergencies, subsidence, invasion, political unrest, any governmental acts or omissions, any change in applicable laws or regulations, the effects of which cannot reasonably have been avoided or mitigated prior to the change coming into effect, travel restrictions or advisory issued by the government, timeline restriction advisory issued by respective governments, interruption or delay of transportation services, interruption or failure of utility services, national strikes, explosion, military action, or any other similar events. The only liability of the Organiser and Ticketing Platform in case of a Force Majeure Event to the Holders will be a refund of the gross value of the ticket.
• The Organiser and its representatives reserves the right to ask the Holders to exit from the event and cancel the tickets of such customers without any refund if the Holders are found not following the safety guidelines of the event, on grounds of misdemeanour, medical safety reasons or breach of these terms.
• No refund will be provided to the customers by the organiser for reasons not covered or stated in these Terms.
• The Physical Band will be delivered to the attendees by the organiser at the address provided by the attendees at time of purchasing the ticket(s). The ticket handling fee (if any) will not be refunded for any reason beyond the control of the organiser including but not limited to delivery address provided is incorrect, the premise of the delivery address is closed etc. The attendees will at all times be responsible to collect the Physical Band at the delivery address provided by the attendees. Notwithstanding the above, tickets/Physical Bands will not be delivered to the attendees who have purchased tickets after the Cut-Off Date. Such attendees shall be responsible to pick up the tickets from the event's venue.

- Ticketing and Validity:

• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or any other compensation.
• Cancellation and Postponement: The Event is subject to government permissions. In case the permissions are not granted and the Event is cancelled, refund of the entire gross value of the Tickets shall be issued to the Holders. Refunds, if any, will be processed to the original mode of payment within a commercially reasonable period, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
• In the event of cancellation due to any reason, whatsoever, the Organizer’s and Ticketing Platform’s sole liability shall be limited to the face value of the ticket, excluding service fees, processing charges, and ancillary costs where permitted by law.
• Lineup & Show Changes: The lineup, artists, timings, and format are subject to change without prior notice. The Organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Show due to force majeure or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Interruption, Delay or Cancellation: The Organizer and Ticketing Platform shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or cancellation due to force majeure, technical issues, government orders, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The Organiser and its representatives reserves the right to ask the Holders to exit from the event and cancel the tickets of such customers without any refund if the Holders are found not following the safety guidelines of the event, on grounds of misdemeanour, medical safety reasons or breach of these terms.
