Democracy's Library: Tools for Participation (IN-PERSON)

Join us for “Democracy’s Library: Tools for Participation” at the Internet Archive, where we celebrate the power of libraries to inspire civic engagement! This exciting event invites you to explore how you can actively participate in democracy by accessing and contributing to a wealth of knowledge. Discover the various ways to engage with the Internet Archive—from saving and sharing materials to diving into government records and history. You'll also meet innovative partners and creators who are transforming our data into new tools for collaboration. Whether you’re here in person or tuning in online, you’ll see how libraries can empower you to not just preserve knowledge, but to use it and shape the future. Join us on October 22 at 300 Funston Avenue in San Francisco for tech demos, delicious food trucks, and a lively program that includes dancing in the streets! Plus, every ticket includes a meal to keep you fueled for the fun. Don’t miss out on this chance to celebrate and connect!
