Dope Comedy Night: English Stand-up Comedy

Welcome to Amsterdam’s quirkiest comedy night at Café de Plakhoek! 🎤 Join us every Thursday for a hilarious open mic experience where the talent is as unpredictable as the punchlines. Whether you’re a comedy aficionado or just looking for a good laugh, you’ll find everything from seasoned pros to brave first-timers ready to share their best (and sometimes worst) material. And guess what? Entry is absolutely FREE! So, come on down, grab a drink, and enjoy some delicious Dutch snacks like the infamous bitterballen while you watch the comedy unfold. Doors open at 7:00 PM, and the show kicks off at 7:30 PM—perfect for a midweek pick-me-up. Expect a night filled with laughter, awkward moments, and maybe even a few new friends. This isn’t your typical polished comedy show; it’s raw, real, and full of surprises. So, whether you’re laughing with the performers or at their epic flops, you’re in for a memorable evening. See you there!
