Next, you’ll learn how to create your very own tofu using Nigari, pressing it into blocks with a partner. Don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of guidance along the way! While your tofu sets, enjoy a delightful tasting session featuring various miso pastes, traditional soy sauces, and a warming miso soup to whet your appetite.
